Indian villages of a different time and space

Urban Life:
Life brings lot more hustle bustle in big cities,
man and machines are in a close race to move forward,
as fast as they could.
That brings monotony,
and a kind of coldness of metal creeps in,
to our personal lives too.

Rural life:
For the change,
a visit to an Indian village,
just reinvigorates.
As life there still in a different time and space,
where people have time to share their grief and happiness both,
life at a little slow pace but more humane still.

A picture report:
Following are the pictures of such a village visited recently,
where morning rituals starts with the rising sun,

where women and girls are equally involved in their farm works,

where machines are less interfering,
(but they are there to certain extent),
pollution least,
people paying less to the cost of pollution healthwise.

When sun goes missing and warmth is lost

It was a beautiful morning..
Sun was out..
Pink was horizon..

Suddenly mist came from nowhere..
It enveloped all and everything..
Sun was lost..

People were all busy, oblivious to the mist..
Pangs of lost sun and warmth was all I had with..

I tried to become fictional for a while..
Lo, I found fictional characters more real..
They had bodies and heartbeats of their own,
just like the real one..

It is my new found world..
of
illusions..
(this reminds Richard Bach)
